Supply Pay Rates/Scales for Maintained SchoolsSupply support will be paid at the scale point appropriate for the evaluated East Riding of Yorkshire Council job role required with the school/service area under the associated terms and conditions.The Pay Policy of the school in which a supply teacher is working in is used to determine rates of pay, so this may vary.An individual's rate of pay for each assignment will be confirmed before the work is undertaken. Do I require a Disclosure and Barrting Service (DBS) CheckAn enhanced DBS disclosure is required for all supply work. If you do not already have a valid DBS, this can be organised for a fee of £40.00 which is the fee charged by the Disclosure and Barring Service which is payable by the applicant. Applications can take any time between 2 and 6 weeks to process.
