Guidance for Disadvantage Champions
30 Jun
In the absence of the summer Disadvantage Champions Network Meeting which was scheduled for 2 July, all ASPIRE guidance documents and resources can be found by following the link to the HERE for Schools website. These include a new toolkit focusing on addressing Parental Engagement as a barrier to learning and ideas relating to supporting disadvantaged pupils on their return to school. Both of these documents were due to be shared at this meeting. I would also bring your attention to the multi-year PP strategy templates & exemplars which can also be found via this link. Please email me directly at david.langdale@eastriding.gov.uk should you require any support or further advice/guidance relating to disadvantaged pupils.

With the prospect of more learning taking place outside the classroom in the future. I have uploaded approximately 110 Outdoor Learning Resources (for all different subjects and Key Stages) onto EVOLVE. I have also added weblinks to various Outdoor Learning websites which have free resources. You would need to login to EVOLVE, go to the pink resources tab, then the pink icon with the two white pages in it. Then click on the Outdoor Learning resources tab, third row down, second across. If any school would like any assistance with and aspect of Outdoor Learning or Educational Visits, then please contact me on my mobile number 07773 041609 and I will be happy to advise.
